Work With Me

With more than 30 years' worth of hospitality experience, I have a broad base of food and beverage, strategic organizational, and culinary operations leadership skills for you to leverage for your business' needs.  Some of my previous roles include: event planning, cookbook testing, R&D, recipe writing and editing, menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and food writing, operations systems and processes creation and implementation, culinary SaaS systems technology training and management, as well as budgeting, marketing, social media, and project implementation.  I've been fortunate to be able to participate in the NYC Wine & Food Festival (as part of the 2013 Burger Bash winning team!), work alongside top chefs, prepare for dinners at The James Beard House, support chef's tables at The James Beard Awards, create and design menus for high-end catering companies, in addition to being a chef and cook for many special events and food, beer, and wine tastings and pairings.
