What started out as a site where I could share my recipe collection and travel and living abroad cooking tales, quickly grew into coverage of the location NYC food events and artisan products market. After attending culinary school at the International Culinary Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute), I continued to write, publishing articles on a few local websites. Then, I started working in the hospitality industry for a major NYC restaurant group. As my career in the field of hospitality management and operations grows, this is now a place to showcase my writing, recipe and menu development skills.
